Shopping Policy
At Vin Rouge, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated home décor with transparency and care. As we partner with third-party fulfillment providers, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how your order moves from checkout to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
You will receive an email confirming your order and another with tracking details once it ships.
Please verify your shipping information carefully before submitting your order, as changes cannot be made afterward.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on location and product availability.
Items are shipped directly from our suppliers and may arrive in multiple packages.
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs, weather, courier issues, or holidays.
3. Shipping Regions
We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses may not be supported by all carriers; we recommend using a residential or business address.
4. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $50.
Orders under $50 are subject to a flat $4.95 shipping fee.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after the supplier dispatches your items.
If you order multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
6. Packaging
To reduce waste and improve efficiency, products may arrive in supplier-branded or eco-friendly packaging.
Gift wrapping or handwritten notes are not currently available.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us at hellovinrougellc@gmail.com for assistance with claims or reshipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details or carrier issues beyond our control.
8. Duties & Taxes
U.S. orders are not subject to international duties.
Any future changes to fees will be communicated clearly before checkout.
9. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, processing may already be underway, and cancellation will not be possible.
