Shopping Policy

At Vin Rouge, we’re committed to delivering thoughtfully curated home décor with care and transparency. As a brand that operates using third-party fulfillment, we want to ensure you understand how our shopping and shipping process works from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days of confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking information once it is shipped.

  • Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order, as we cannot modify details once an order is submitted.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

  • Products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers and may arrive in multiple packages.

  • While most orders are delivered within the estimated time, occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, courier issues, or international holidays.

3. Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military addresses may not be supported by all carriers. Please use a residential or business address where possible.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $50.

  • For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $4.95 may apply.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

  • Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the item has left the supplier warehouse.

  • If multiple items are ordered, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

6. Packaging

  • To minimize waste and maintain efficiency, products may arrive in supplier-branded or eco-conscious packaging.

  • Gift packaging or handwritten notes are not currently available.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at hellovinrougellc@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or resending your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information or carrier issues outside our control.

8. Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped within the U.S. are not subject to international duties.

  • Should this change in the future, applicable fees will be clearly communicated before checkout.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order is likely already being processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
