At Vin Rouge, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. However, due to the nature of our made-to-order inventory, we maintain a strict but fair refund and return policy to ensure transparency and protect both our customers and fulfillment partners.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or offer refunds only if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Clear photographic or video evidence is provided to support the claim.
We do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Slight color or size variations due to screen differences or handmade characteristics
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with the next steps.
3. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:

You may be asked to return the product to a designated address (may vary by supplier).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
In some cases, you may not be required to return the item and a resolution (refund or replacement) may be issued based on evidence provided.
4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placement.

After that, your order enters processing with our fulfillment partners and cannot be altered or canceled.
6. Exchanges
Due to our global fulfillment model, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, you may request a refund and place a new order separately.

If your refund has not posted after 10 business days:
