At Vin Rouge, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. Due to our made-to-order process, we maintain a fair and transparent refund and return policy to protect both our customers and fulfillment partners.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.

  • The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Clear photographic or video evidence is provided.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Shipping or customs delays

  • Minor color or size variations due to screens or handmade characteristics

 

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photos/videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide the next steps.

 

3. Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • You may be asked to return the item to a designated address (varies by supplier).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • In some cases, a resolution may be issued without returning the item, based on the evidence provided.

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be altered or canceled.

 

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer traditional exchanges due to our global fulfillment model.

  • If your item qualifies for a return, you may request a refund and place a new order separately.
